Return & Refund Policy

At Jensob Skincare, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Note: Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

📦 Items Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used products
• Items not in their original condition
• Products purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged)
• Gift cards

🚚 How to Return a Product

1. Email us at support@jensobempire.com with:
   • Your order number
   • The product(s) you wish to return
   • The reason for the return
   • Clear photo evidence if the item is damaged
2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
3. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition:

• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for returned damaged or incorrect items).

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
